The product is good but I changed my mind

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

How will I receive my refund?

Once a refund is approved, the same amount will be refunded to the payment method you used to make the purchase.

When will I get my refund?

Once approved, you will receive a confirmation that the amount will be paid in the coming days. Processing times always depend on your bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited. Next, contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before the refund is credited.
