1. Returns within 30 days

The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will accept returns if the following conditions are met:

The item must be in its original condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging.

Invoice: Please provide a receipt or e-invoice as proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

  • Return the product: If your request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to return the product and the return address. Make sure the product is packaged carefully to avoid damage during shipping.
  • Refund or exchange: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange request within 30 business days. Refunds will be sent to your original payment method, and you will receive confirmation via email.

3. Missing or Delayed Refund

If you have not received your refund within the specified time, please follow these steps:

3. How do I change or cancel my order?

Your order is only eligible for cancellation and modification within 24 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order will be locked for processing and cannot be canceled.

Sale or promotional items are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

We do not accept returns on items that have been washed, used, or are not in their original condition.
