Returns within 30 days

The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will accept returns if the following conditions are met:

The item must be in its original condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging.

Invoice: Please provide a receipt or e-invoice as proof of purchase.

Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] to notify them of your return request. Provide your invoice information and a description of the reason for the return.

Return the item: Pack the item in its original packaging and send it to our return address. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at [email protected], as soon as possible and provide your order number and the change you would like to make. We will confirm once the change or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible for cancellation and modification within 24 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order will be locked for processing and cannot be canceled.

Important Note

Sale or promotional items are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

We do not accept returns on items that have been washed, used, or are not in their original condition.
